Don't read the book. The end is super weird in that sense.

4 Fatties in the fridge setting up for tomorrow.

1 Breakfast: Eggs, Cheese Stuffed Tots, Ham, Bacon, Eggs and Cheese in it then bacon wrapped
1 Philly Cheese Steak: Sausage/Beef with spices, Stuffed with Sauteed Onions, Provolone (will serve with sauteed mushrooms and sauteed green peppers on the side since many here don't like) it is also bacon wrapped.
1 Bacon Cheeseburger: Ground Beef/Sausage, Stuffed with Bacon, LOTS of Cheese, Some Ketchup in it, bacon wrapped and will be rubbed with PitFaced Meat Massage before smoking.
1 Chicken Cordon Bleu: Ground Chicken with bread crumbs to help bind and solidify the ground chicken, stuffed with Ham and Swiss NOT wrapped in bacon. I will probably make up a butter sauce to go with this one.

Will smoke them all before dinner tomorrow. Wanted to get them all ready today though. Hope they come out good.

Been itchin' for a new smoker. Don't have a dedicated stick burner, and like the new Lonestar Grillz 20in series. BUT, a heavier duty pooper like the Yoder, GatorPit, or Pitts & Spitts would be nice also....especially for ease of use.

    What say y'all??

    They all have their pros/cons....:ballchain:

Kinda hard to convince the warden since the results on the Weber Kettle and Po'man, and Louisiana Pooper are so good. IMHO of course....:anonymous::D

I say all you need is a Weber kettle.

Well it's not all you need. You also need a 22.5" Weber Smokey mountain, a mini wsm converted Smokey Joe for smaller cooking, and a Weber Genesis gasser for when you're in a hurry or lazy.

I'm biased... But beyond the Weber line... Pitts and spitts... But if your Louisiana rig works... Rock it til it dies. Unless you could sell it and recoup a bit :D

    Uhh no, no.

You can smoke just fine in a standard Kettle.
I have a long bed *cough* a real truck *cough* so transporting my full size kettle for travel is no issue.

You got me on the gasser though. I like having the choice.

GMG pooper . Only one I've ever had so I can't compare other brands. CS and warranty is above what one would expect. Example: New grill, I had for over a year. One grate was warped just a little. I tried to 'unwarp' it it and made it worse. ONE call and they sent 2 new new grates. I only needed one. And the pooper works great too. Lifetime customer Right Here.

"zactly! One of the other brands a poster had a problem with a temp probe, said it it took 10 or so calls or emails to get it replaced. And that was with a brand new grill!

Haven't had to contact P&S for more than questions about random things but they are quick to respond and reading online they take care of people. Hard to put a price on that. Well... 2300 is a good number...
