    A little background on Oceans... That place is universally known as a cesspool and contains more known and unknown STDs than Thailand. Just looking at the place gives most the heebee jeebies. I figure the only way it stays in business is to serve the sailors from the ships docked nearby and it's a front for other illegitimate activities (laundering, drugs, human trafficking, etc.).
