I’m so jealous of y’all!!! I need this soon. I’m pretty pissed at Toyota at this point. So this will at least ease my anger!!! Lol!

Does this look correct? Had it done this am at the dealer. I notice it feels a lot smoother to shift, bit there is still a lag and shutter when you stomp on it.

Yes, but hoping it was magical fix all...lol. The tech told me he couldn't do it because Toyota wouldn't pay them. So I said I will pay for it, cost me $130 so :woot:

Well, it looks like I'll get first hand experience performing this update myself. Nothing I said mattered to them to get it done there. I guess tomorrow morning when it is cool(er) outside I'll go hook my laptop up and get it done myself.

I am "forced" to take an hour for my lunch. I generally eat in 15 minutes and then piss around on here for 45. All you'd really do is keep me of TW for a period.

I know, it is hard to pull myself away from here. It is like watching a soap opera around here sometimes!

Anyone notice change in engine braking? Mine feels more present and active, but I may just be paying more attention to things since updating.

I’ve noticed more responsive power. Roll from a dead stop still isn’t fantastic, but it’s way better. First to second, and power in lower RPMs is vastly improved.

Fuel economy over three tanks is now around 1-1.5 mpg lower than before.

Hold on... Fuel Economy is lower now with the Update?

I may have to hold off on that.
