I got the expensive good feat insoles. I just have to stretch like brushing teeth. It seems I brush my teeth more than I stretch

 

They are made out of a hard plastic. You wouldn't think they'd be comfortable but they really are.

 

My wife keeps buying all those insoles and they are done in a few months. I can't believe how well these work and the years I've had them.

 

Mine are the hard plastic. Felt like walking on a golf ball at first I’m so flat footed

My stretch is high up in thighs,hips and lower back. Hamstrings have a long path.

I sit in the recliner and use my feet to do my ABC,s.stretches feet out good. Doc gave me this exercise when i had PF.and hamstring stretches.mine suck
