Looked at Access Cabs... Then realized I could afford the DC. Why settle for useless back seat?

I prefer the look of ac over dc, even tho I wanted a double.

I ended up getting an ac because I couldnt afford a double at the time. my next truck will be a double.

I truly honestly think the ac looks better though and not just because I own one, I just think the double cab short box has too short of a box and the double cab long box just straight up looks too long.

As for all the people saying you cant do this or that with an access cab... you can you just cant do it comfortably. I haul people around in the back seats all the time, it sucks for them, but it gets the job done.

When the 3rd gen comes out tho, I will be getting a double cab just to be able to put shallow subs behind the seats. This way I wont have to take up a back seat with a sub.

Whoevere thinks d/c dont look as good as access cabs/rc is flipping crazy, if anything they look, and are better. You dont have to deal with moving the damn seat forward everytime you need something. Plus you have the added room and a bed for whenever you need to get busy and dont want to pay for a hotel room.
    You guys are craszy!

Yeah, the DC works great when my Dad and I go to shoot. 3 ARs, 2 12 ga. long barrels, various hand guns, and some others fit back there easily with targets, ammo, etc.

I think the bed is too short on the double cabs, and the long bed double cabs wouldn't fit in my garage because they are so long. When we need to pile a bunch of people inside, we take my wife's 4Runner. I prefer the access cab but everyone has different needs and wants.

Tint, tinted tails + 3rd brake light, shaved tailgate, painted calipers. TSB Leafs+ AAL, PA/CB, 5100 Bilsteins set @ 2.5 up front. Satoshi line-x'd grill.

all personal preference.. for example.. i think the r/c and a/c look goofy.. i think the d/c look the best..

    back to bone stock.
yes there is. you slide and fold the passenger seat forward, and lay the woman on that..her legs up...you settle in between. at that point the seat back is more of a "work surface". reaching up to adjust the radio is just a simple move at that point.;)
