Sorry @buyobuyo for not being able to stay longer to help you out more, but I could tell you knew what you were doing by the way you changed out that first spring so quickly.

I'm only on TW with my phone, so the avatars are so small and I always assumed @boogie3478 's was spiderman. Hahaha. I haven't been to a movie theater in probably 3 years

Mine sent me out that way on the way home, but I got stuck behind slow traffic. When I got out to WV-9, I switched my routing option to 'Avoid Highways', so it was a pretty fun cruise home. It also avoided having to get on I-95. I ended up on US-17 down into Fredericksburg.

Even with the lighter springs the truck handles great.

Very little. The level on the bottle read 900 mL, so it only too about 1.5 oz to top off.

No worries. We got it done pretty quick. We spotted that my rear diff is leaking at the pinion after you guys left, and I did something dumb and sliced up my hand. We got me patched up though and finished up.

I'd post pictures but I can't get a good one. I've got it painted with liquid bandaid now (basically super glue with disinfectant).

I also just looked up the pinion oil seal replacement in my Haynes. It doesn't look too bad, but I'll probably need some new tools.

 

You used that compressor tool?

Seems like you knocked it out pretty quickly.

 

Yeah. I used my spring compressors. I had the first spring off and the new one going on before they had the second coilover off the truck.

 

You aren't missing much.

Deadpool is pretty awesome. If you like extremely crude humor. Which i have been known to sometimes enjoy

You were rockin and rollin. We couldnt get the coilover out fast enough for you to swap the coil. It almost looked like we had a pretty decent system going there.

How’s the hand doing?

Dude it took like an hour (tops) for us (mostly him) to pull both Kings out and replace the springs... he was like a whirlwind. Haha

 

Yeah, we were going pretty good. Were you and @boogie3478 still there when I sliced up my hand or had you already headed to the store for diff fluid? Also, which one of you do I owe for the fluid?

Hands doing good. I put a coat of liquid bandaid on it when I got home.
