Hey @MQQSE do you have walk in coolers to store that much meat till you get it worked up.my buddy has one you can hang 12 deer or so in he snaged at a little country store way back in WVA.guy told him if he took it apart and got it out of his store he could have it.

 

Randy's garage is setup with decent window crossflow and we use fans to keep the quarters cool. Our temps are high 30° - low 40°s overnight this time of year, and 50°s - low 60°s during the day. We normally don't have any issues and hang quarters 5-7 days every year.
