My impact sockets are the only thing that go up that big. Probably for the nut that threads into the bulkhead by the pump?
Mine is plastic. I got it off with some channel locks faced straight on. Pretty low torque. Could try that before buying a tool. If it plastic try not to bite into it too hard.

Continuing the cooler conversation from yesterday... anybody know if the RTIC 65qt cooler fits under tonneau covers? RTIC’s offering 20% off so really considering it.

I got an Igloo from Target for $25 and it’s 17 inches tall, it’ll fit under the tonneau, and has slots for straps to secure in while traveling. It’s light blue in color. I took ours to Palomar Mountain yesterday and it held up great. After 8 hours, 1/2 the ice was still in it.

Cool. Thanks for the help. The RTIC is 17 1/8” tall. Should be fine. Checked your cooler out online. It’s good for a day trip but I’m trying to find something good for days of ice. Camping etc.

I’d measure it. I’m not sure about a tonneau cover. I want to say it sits almost level with the bed height but I run bed bars so I’ve never paid attention.

I have to tear everything apart to replace the radiator support so might as well do the facelift while i'm at it. That's if I get a good price on everything.

I find that as a perfect reason! “Once you remove front end it would be right putting the same parts back on”
