Either will work. I've had both (although my HID's were on the cheaper end, but still good, for what's out there), and I really like the LED's over the HID's just because of the instant on.

They are both going to be a significant improvement over stock.

I got these cheap ones last Sept. They are still going strong in headlight and fogs.

To add on, the LED market really took off over the last year with good quality chips that project a lot further...but you tend to get what you pay for with the LED bulbs. So a $20 LED set might look nice, but they won't project like a $100 pair will (and certainly not like HID's will). Lots of info in the lighting thread...but a good start is to read the last 20, or so, pages of link in Rob's signature.

Same here. Tundra to 4Runner to Tacoma. While smaller inside than both of those, even at my size (5'-9" 285 lbs) I'm quite comfortable.

Parked next to a Ram QC SB once. The Tacoma was more than a foot longer.

Why some guys refer to the QCLB as a Trail Limo.

Did the sonar need to be recalibrated or adjusted?

Yes, in the 3rd gen, H11 is the bulb that you use in the high beams, low beams, and even the fog lights

I was at my dealership recently, my buddy's buying a taco soon, and asked him about the inferno discontinue rumors.
He confirmed toyota's no longer offering inferno or blazing blue on 2019. Hoping it wasn't true, but now we all have limited editions

Thanks Drew. I was a little busy today. All day! Nearly 90, 100% humidity and drizzle all day.

But I got this done finally.

    20180819_210913.jpg
I really had to adjust the camera settings to get this shot above.

    20180819_213048.jpg
I'll get some better shots in the day so you can see the light bars more clearly. Damn rain all day.

    20180819_210804.jpg
Aliens landed! This is what it looks like if I don't adjust the camera settings. LOLOLOLOL

    20180819_210610.jpg
Is it daytime or night? This shot is the full monty - 42" 5D Combo Curved 280w up top, 32" 5D Combo Straight 180w on the N-Fab bumper mount. Plus the Xenon Depot Pro LED lows and Morimoto XB fogs.

Install of the bumper bar took half a day and the install of the roof bar and wiring for both took all of today.

I'm going to process the pics and shoot more with some video and do a comprehensive review like I did for the headlights.

    More to come............

I'll be looking forward to it as well. I'll probably be grabbing a light bar for the grill very soon. It's been sitting on the wish list too long. I already have the switch, just need to run the wire and light. That switch just stares at me... freaky thing is haunting me.

I'll probably do a hidden one, but loving the way yours is looking on that bumper.
