Cool thing about smoking duck, you have to have another pan to catch all the fat drippings. Now I can use the fat to make roasted potatoes.

That looks amazing!!!!! Would that white sauce you made at the meet go well with it?

 

I don't think so. Duck is dark and lends itself to more robust flavors like maple, and sweetness. The white sauce is great for white meat because it's tangy. Just my 2 cents.

So I haven't been on in a while, how have you assholes been holding up?! Any fall meets planned?

 

I know where you can find a forest service road with some good mudding.

 

And how to get rid of those pesky taillights

Oh, yeah! I have heard that one. I used to pick it up around Toledo and Grand Rapids when I was doing field work in MI. Seems like that has been forever ago.

 

Anyone around cola have a drivers rear led taillight that has a broken lease that I can just take the inside guts out of. My drivers side taillight has a short in it, sometimes the brake light works & most of the time it doesn’t.

 

Not too far away from there in Greenwood. I have some remains of tail lights. Internals should be fine, just busted housings.

 

I was just typing to @BravesTaco95 about getting his SMM shirt to him. He is in Lugoff. Probably going to meet up with him at Eddy's place soon. I can pass tail lights to him then and you two can meet up to exchange.

I was going to start at Poinsett State Park. They have some nice Mt bike trails. Gawd I'm so out of shape. Just got back from riding around the farm and my muscles were burning in 5 minutes.
