Boss gives me a new company shirt every Friday, I wear it when I go out on the weekend. Let it air out Sunday night, wear it to work on Monday. Let it air out Tuesday, wear it on Wednesday, air out on Thursday, wear it on Friday. Repeat cycle. No need for laundry!



I'm joking! No way my sweaty ass can wear the same shirt longer than 4 hours.

It was great seeing everyone again and meeting the new folks... or re-introducing myself to people that I previously introduced myself to, again!

The selflessness, camaraderie, and the enthusiasm is nothing less than amazing. I'd give an organ to have a turnout like this in Houston.

In all seriousness, I can't knock them. They're doing their job as they understand it. We need to get this communication thing with the COTA staff sorted out though because I don't want to see us banned from using COTA as a meeting location during CnC. I strongly suspect that the communication break down is on COTA's end , but nonetheless we as an organization need to have clear and documented approval from the correct COTA individual to play in that dirt lot before next month's meet.

The company my wife works for. We’re getting an employee discount that in turn, helps pay for the TTC tent and other community items.

 

There's a coffee and cars meet here but Houston is very performance oriented so the turnout is mainly sports cars from what I understand. I think if we got it together and created a monthly meet with a set date/time/location we could have a better turnout.
