Are you adding extra weight in the bed or just a bumper, are you lifted up front? If your planning on adding more weight to the bed I’d suggest a new leaf pack and just get it out the way.

Otherwise an AAL or 3leaf AAL with the stock overloads left in should be okay. I had a 3 leaf aal and started to sag and now have Icon RXT leaf pack. Really depends on what your doing with your truck.

No experience with air bags but reading in the forums people seem to like them.

Just put 200 more lbs of wheels in the bed (total about 450lbs with everything) went to the mall via some bumpy roads and railroad tracks, it may have dropped .5” in the back. Still higher than I want may raise the front .5”

You’ll want at least an AAL and better shocks all around which is cheap, I did everything for $350.

$100 AAL and (4) Bilstein 5100s for $250 during the eBay sale. Put everything on yourself.

The factory leaf springs are fine for on the road, they’re actually big and heavy as shit and when you AAL you’ll get more arch. They’re not the best for off-road, that’s why serious wheelers will change them out.

My setup is definitely stiff, but I’m 80% on pavement and I’m not rock crawling.

I have pro runners up front but that’s a good deal either way , I’ll look into that for sure. I definitely will need to search some how to’s. 4wp’s crazy asses want $500 just for installing the bumper. So time I learn. Anyway so there’s no more confusion, this monstrosity,

That’s huge and no way you should pay anyone $500 to mount a bumper.

There’s plenty local people here that will install it for a 12pk of beer, seriously.

Just post in the local thread wherever you live, someone will help you out. Rear bumpers are easy, really like six bolts, maybe a few more with that monster you have.

Sell your old one on CL for $300 to offeset the cost.

It’s easy, really you just need 10-19mm sockets and wrenches.

Las Vegas NV, and I got some help from my dad and my brother. Lifting in place that is*
It’s been a learning experience my only concern now is what to do with the un-used wires (males) that have no where to connect from my factory bumper that had all these sensors to this bumper that has no sensors.
