Nice set up man, mine has the big plastic wheels on which make it entertaining to pull around. Def lifts up the truck without issue and man that jack is stout af.

Thanks man. Yea I have the 3ton with the big wheels as well(wedding gift). But I have put the jack through some abuse. Definitely like the jacks. Just the like solos mount better than the pro eagle one.

Holy shit praise the bad ass who came through with the eagle as a wedding gift. Damn man I need to make sure I bust out some ballers for my wedding if that happens. You score any other truck stuff during your wedding?

Shit that’s a delivery for the ages as it is. It’s all good that even one truck thing came in. Hopefully the wifey wasn’t salty about missing out on some epic blender by getting a jack.

Time for new uniballs for my upper and lower control arms. I have been using FK uniballs and typically getting 2 years and 30,000 miles out of them.

Any suggestions for different brands before I buy another set of FK uniballs? Will be a pair of 1" and 1.25" uniballs.

you mind throwing some pictures of up of your lower?

anyone have any ideas what could cause this?

ran into an issue where my driver side lower uniball bolt is rubbing my wheel all of a sudden, like the adapter bolt is angled towards the wheel unlike the passenger

I like to use the wssx series from fk. Fully stainless and get some extra life out of them compared to the normal fx uniball

I bought these for my TC +2:

    http://www.ruffstuffspecialties.com/catalog/R1888.html

WAAY cheaper (35$ each) than any option I could find So i figured Id give them a shot.... I hose them off and lube them with PTFE lube anytime Im on dirt for a while... I have over 25k on them and they are still solid, no squeeks, no rust, or anything. When I first mentioned I bought these a few guys in this thread blasted me saying they weren't going to last. Im assuming they were the type that spent the big bucks on TCs uniballs, but in any case Ill be buying the ruffstuff ones again whenever these where out.

I have had that bolt come loose before and strip threads off itself from the movement. It is deceiving, that bolt can look tight when the weight of the truck is on it but as soon as you jack the truck up you will see the play.

I check torque on those things with every oil change.

PM me your cell phone number and I can take some pictures tomorrow and send them to you so you can compare angles and stuff.

That's either a bent bolt due to it coming loose and moving, or that's a bent spindle. Or you're really unlucky and it's both.

    will do
the truck hasnt left the pavement since ive put the suspension on. the rubbing all started last week

i guess the bolt could have gotten bent somehow but i dont see how a spindle would be. i tried swapping between two different spindles and it didnt make any difference either.

If you just recently put it on, that lower uniball adapter may be on backwards.

If the bolt is bent it's because it was not properly torqued to the required spec which is 100ft. lbs. I also wouldn't drive on that if the bolt is bent until it's replaced with a new bolt and new nut, those style nuts are only intended to be removed once or twice ideally. Wouldn't be a bad idea to replace the misalignment spacer as well..

Wierd. Probably not enough torque on install.

    This. ^^^

I'd be ready to replace the uniball too. Getting that bolt out if it's bent can be more trouble than it's worth
