Good looking system! How much did they charge for the Headunit and install?

I was just about to ask who knows a good sound guy. Sat in a friends built GMC Sierra yesterday and his sound system was incredibly clear and crisp. Got back in my truck, put on the same song for reference, and it just ruined it for me.

Thanks. I actually took them the head unit (my buddy just pulled it out of his Taco he's going to sell), install wasn't much cause they had it all apart anyway.
I can say in general though their prices are good - not the cheapest, but they sell great products and do top notch work. They could be charging more for what they do.

Yeah ... I'm a musician and have been listening to podcasts the last couple years because I thought there wasn't any exciting music anymore. After 10 minutes with this new system I can honestly say I love music again.

UTOR Classifieds on Facebook might be a good place to post as well. Lots of knowledgeable folks that would be able to tell you definitely whats good, and whats broke as well.

I knew you have a soft spot for saxophones in you, so I figured a musician's ear is probably better than mine at judging audio setups.

Haha no way I was at that same tunnel on saturday, cool spot for sure.

Also I would be in for a meet up, I would probably vote for grabbing a beer on a week day around 7.

I’m curious if the forward facing camera would be useful for off-roading? It seems like it would.

One of my friends has one, and for peeking over hills below the breakover, it's friggin awesome. Plus it prevents you from nosing your bumper into little cars if you have recovery points sticking out the nose.

Absolutely, that’s the main reason I did it. Especially when you’re cresting a hill off road you’re totally blind. I’m already using it in parking lots too to make sure I don’t run into stuff, run over little kids, etc. It’s great peace of mind.

How long did it take them to set all this up? I'd love to have them drop all that in, but don't wanna be stuck without a vehicle for multiple days.

This is what I was thinking. I may have to do it. Does the reverse camera still come on when you put in reverse, or do you have to switch it on?

I’m definitely down for an initial meet and greet over drinks.

Would prefer a Thursday night, but could probably make Friday work if that’s the consensus amongst the group.

Full disclosure, it's from US Offroad. But it's a little more labor intensive DIY than full bumper replacements.

I want a plasma cutter now though.

Yes, and apparently there's a way to get the front to automatically come on when you go below a certain speed but I'd rather do it manually.

Just a day, dropped it off in the morning and picked it up that night.

Well we added another Tacoma to our family, it puts our count to 3(most likely gonna be 4 here soon). We might have a small addiction...
