That's my problem usually...cardio. I suck at it, bad knee, too fatt, and I'm horribly out of shape from all the safety meetings the past 10 years or so lol

I completed a whole 90 days of it back in 2014...lost 37lbs and felt amazing. Then the holidays came around and I said fuggg it, literally gained it all back plus 10lbs since then :bananadead: Gotta get my fat ass moving soon!

Oohhhh I didn't know about the Texas Avid Outdoors meetup... that isn't far away at all!! I'm down to go there. Not a whole lot of information about it on their website though. I'm interested to see what other events/vendors/classes they're having.

    Yes.
Their facebook page has more details (Texas Overland as well.)
They're setting me up like a vendor which will make showing off the radio gear, (a few different configurations.) in addition to my truck a lot easier.
Now I just have to figure out if I'm going to get a Generator or put a good size inverter in the Tundra. Leaning toward the inverter connected to my Auxiliary battery.

Tuff break I just absolutely hate running used to shed weight easily with just lifting now a little older just don’t work anymore. I’m just lazy with any form of cardio was riding a mtn bike for a bit but I crashed an destroyed it.

Bmx, freestyle is the way to go. Doesn’t shed much weight but balance and core are on point!

Id recommend biking for cardio if you have bad knees. Its very low impact on your bodies joints. its just really hard to do when its as hot as the suns anus outside tho.

Yes sir, as you get older you will generally find that metabolism slows down and cardio is a necessary evil. Try and find something non-impact (elliptical, stationary bike, etc.) where you can watch TV, stream a movie/show, or listen to music,,, whatever it takes to put your mind somewhere else for the cardio period. Start at a short time and work your way up.

Also, you will find that the highly processed carbs that are so easy to find, flour tortillas (dammit!), sugar-based snacks, majority of any crackers, etc. are just EVIL, straight from the devil hisself!
