Toyota Escondido, CA has a Brilliant White Pro sitting on their showroom floor for just over 40k and my salesman told me that they'll easily sell it for at least 5k over MSRP, and that's before tax and licensing. He also stated that some dealerships in the country are able to push upwards of 15k over MSRP because some folks want these so badly and get into a bidding war through the dealer. I just SMH in disbelief. I told our salesman, nope, I'm good with the Sport with what you quoted me at, so let's get him ordered.

I was just at a dealer last weekend that was an hour away and in a rural area. They had a new pro in calvary sitting out there. They wanted MSRP. When I picked up my sport yesterday, it was in the prep area. She said it sold to some guy in/from Washington... This is FL.

I believe they said that to you, but don't think I believe that. We have a cavalry pro on the lot right here in WA. And it's MSRP.

Got my PRO for $700 under MSRP in upstate NY. Our property taxes are astronomical but I guess there are some benefits to living in the frozen north!

Got a 1000 off Black Pro at local dealership. Everyone else I e-mailed or called was MSRP cause that's what we sell them at.

There are a lot of new and used Tacoma Pros in the Denver area (or at least in the past several months when I was looking for a new Tacoma), so you can probably get one under MSRP with some good negotiation skills.

Insanity. You can’t blame the stealerships for doing it when people are that naïve to waste their money.

I noticed a Blue Pro at the Dealership yesterday, it was MSRP minus $1000 which I assume is a rebate.

    Working on them
When I went looking for My TRD PRO I knew I was or figured I was going to be at a disadvantage because Not Only wanted the Pro I wanted Manual Transmission with that in Salt Lake City area lowest price for Auto Transmission was at hitting 10 to 15K over MSRP and no go for manual Transmission. after a bit of searching around I came across a very large volume dealer in St. George Utah that Had several TRD Pro listed on the lot with only one over MSRP along with 2 manual Transmission Rigs that both had the options I wanted and both listed Below MSRP the one that I took MSRP $43,515 plus requested window tint of $159 minus $1000 Toyota Rebate = $42,674 along with a low tax rate of 6.35 so in all so that is not too bad

Just put in an order for a 2019 Tacoma TRD Pro (minus the desert air intake). I will most likely will be paying MSRP as I doubt any dealerships in my area will budge on the price.

Has anyone that has a deposit on one been told that the dealer has an allocation for one?
Anyone have build dates or any info on them?
From what others have said line change over is Aug 31st. I do know dealers have put orders on 2019s standard stock.

I was told late September for production line to start. I most likely won’t see my truck until late October.

If thats true and production doesn't start until late September, it'll be later before you see 19 pros. Probably closer to late November, early December. Just like last year. If I remember right it takes 2 months from production to arrival at the dealership.

True, better to wait and pay MSRP as opposed to some dealerships charging a 5-20K markup on TRD Pros
