Just always carry a blue folder with a routing sheet around with you and nobody will bother you. They assume youre working or doing something important.

Don't even need the routing sheet. Blue folders are like gold around here.

The routing sheet is key around here. It says "I'm going to talk to important people so dont try to task me with anything."

That's our trick here too. Roll up some drawings, walk fast and sorta mumble. They are like "Woah! That Pettis is always kicking ass!" LOL

He was just asking what the hardware size was. Not sure if he’s installing an oem rack or aftermarket.

Ahh, I thought I had seen the pics of installed. I bought mine off ebay too. I do not thing it is from Toyota. But everything is the same. I had an issue with one side fitting not so hot. I took it off and put it back on and now it's perfect. Thought maybe he was doing the same and need the plastic clips in the front.

Cutting into a blister package last week I stabbed my forearm and my spyderco knife was dangling from my arm. My little girl saw that and said "Daddy you aren't supposed to cut yourself with a knife, you gotta be careful and cut away from yourself." Even when I think she isn't listening or paying attention she really is. Then she proceeded to get me one of my giant bandages thinking I needed a big bandage. Too smart for her own good. At least all the nonchalant first aid and knife training we are doing is working. Now to teach her to use a Ratstourniquet and Israeli Bandage.
