Give me a minute to get some side by side room in the driveway.

The 02 gets to go to college with me while the 99 gets go to my sister for high school.

Unless I’m hunting, then I’m taking my truck back.

All of their customer support is through TG now so it can be a damn train wreck. Hoping they get back to me tomorrow morning so I can get the hardware ASAP, I just want to get these on the truck and out of the garage.

Got the LCE Header used from a fellow forumer. Got it put in last night. DRAMATIC performance improvement. But, that also could be because I finally have an intact exhaust system now, and I'm not losing any back pressure.

    20180819_155452.jpg

I checked my factory exhaust manifold and didnt see any obvious cracks. If anyone wants a free replacement and will pick up, or pay for shipping, they can have it. (I know shipping will be half the cost of buying a new one)

The first video begins when I'm already in third gear. But, you can see she's struggling... After header install. Sorry about the wind noise picking up. I had my window down... (Both videos at about 3/4 throttle)

Just go the the hardware store and spend 5 bucks on hardware. You'll have it immediately and save all that frustration.

P.O. said he had the ball joints, Lca bushings and steering rack replaced, I need to crawl under and see what he replaced them with.

I still might have to take the 99 to school for awhile to learn the mountains a bit.

Cause the wedont exactly own it yet and the 02 is too nice for now for that, maybe some light duty lift springs and OME 881’s/ nitrochargers in the future.

    31’s are brand new too

And yes, the 02 comes from St. George, so no frame rust.

Need to get some of that fluid stuff and get to work.

Came up with a little storage idea for the back of the truck. I need to keep some stuff in the bed, as there is no room in the cab. Not finished yet obviously. But this is the general idea.
