It's Boston that swept them! We will get them come playoff time!!!

 

Yanks swept them in Houston this year courtesy of a 8th inning 3 run bomb from Gary Sanchez. They went to 7 games in the ALCS.

As you probably know, my boss is half-Korean. Her boyfriend is a white guy, just under 6 feet tall, with blonde hair. Though not quite as tall as one Jeff Boomhauer, he does kind of look like him.

Last night while they were having a smoke break, I told my boss that she should dress up as Minh for the next Halloween party, since she's Asian and all. My boss loves the idea! I told her boyfriend that he should dress up as Boomhauer, and he loved it, even though Minh and Boomhauer never really paid each other much attention during the series...

What is with the sudden emergence of homeless people in Doylestown Borough?!?!

I know homelessness has always been a problem, but it seems like there's been a sudden influx of scruffy, middle-aged, bearded men wandering around town, looking confused. They are probably harmless, but their outward/physical appearance alone is enough that I always double check to make sure I locked my Tacoma...

There's this one guy named Bruce who resembles a thinner version of Uncle Jesse from The Dukes of Hazzard, and I actually like him. He's friendly, and though he's supposedly homeless he does drop in and buy a beer at my bar from time to time.

With the exception of Bruce, these homeless guys wandering around aimlessly make me really uneasy!
