    About as many plumbing work orders.
    Had several units get new flooring,waited until last minute. Students were moved in when the toilets hadn’t been installed yet. Dishwashers that were removed and reinstalled were found to be leaking. Couldn’t get 6 units back online. Ac not working in several. Students paying around a grand a month for these apartments.

    Good morning folks. Back to Quartzsite. Yesterday the vault toilet installer got there about 1500 and dug the hole. The truck and crane will be there this morning to do the unload and install so I gotta be there for that....and all my equipment is already there anyway. We'll see if that weatherman is correct about some rain up there today.
