One of my coworkers has a few of them. I don't really know much about them other than playing video games on his. He has a ton of games loaded on one of them and you can play them with X box controllers.

 

Pretty sure that’s what mesojdm uses for the ECT module he makes and sells...or something very similar

That's one of the things I was considering doing with it.

That and there's a cool mirror you can make with it I guess that show things like a sports scores ticket, messages, calenders or whatever.

I wanted to see if I could combine both of those into one and do an old school table with a reflective mirror in the middle and set it up for pong or something.

For like $35 might be a fun side project.

Its doable. For sure. I know there are people who have used it to make pong playable on coffee tables.

Fricken made it. Now time to go YouTube stuff while I should be sleeping only to regret getting 5 hours of sleep as I pick up the Mrs at the airport and then head off to work.

I prohibit myself from the ‘tube rabbit hole in the morning as it typically results in a noon bedtime because I get pissed off at border patrol asking citizens for papers or cops busting nuts for open carry. Worry about the shitbags that I babysit on a nightly basis that are known criminals.
