You are only three years older than him you yourself are a kid and yes you could easily kill someone with a rock to the head

What rights is he talking about? Illegals have no rights. I don't care what you say. Just leave the kid there and start a pile. Maybe they'll realize you can't come here illegally anymore and if you do there might actually be consequences now that the states are startin to have more balls than the feds and actually enforcing laws. It sucks that a kid had to die, but don't throw rocks at ICE agents and try to come here illegally. It doesn't seem that hard.

Nice post young man! This kid was not special he made a chose and it got him killed maybe the Mexican public will use this as a learning curve and stop throwing rocks at the US Border Patrol. Am I missing something? Since when is it ok to assult an officer? Or maybe it is ok because they were possible on their side and they are trying to get into a country illegally? Its like the guy that sued the home owner because while breaking into their home he cut himself.

im half mexican and both my parents are border patrol agents. i agree. my parents should be able to protect themselves if someone is intentially trying to hurt them

here is a little different view than what everyone else has said. instead of arguing whether the border patrol was right or wrong, how about the president of Mexico? Seriously? They are leaving his country because his country sucks and they think they can have a better life here illegally than in Mexico legally and he is judging America? I don't know if anyone else is offended by this but I actually read that part twice to make sure I was right. Who really cares what this guy thinks. He wont do shit. He can't do shit. all he can do is tell the UN and NATO how unfair America is and blah blah bullshit blah. He can't/won't invade us or try to get retribution because nobody wants to fight for Mexico, not even most of them. What is he going to do if another 3 or 4 Mexicans get shot trying to cross the border?

thanks. because it was labeled as a child being shot everyone goes nuts. last time i checked at my age i can think for myself and make choices and suffer the consequences of my actions. its no different for that teenager. I would rather stuff like this happen but it would be a sad story on either end. telling the border patrol agents family that their husband/father was bludgened to death by rocks being thrown by punk kids that were illegals or that the mother of a kid being told her son was shot throwing rocks at Immigration officers

 

look im just saying i dont believe anyone has the right to take another persons life, shoot the kid in the leg. then again i wasnt in his shoes, maybe he was in danger for his life.

It's always easier to Monday morning quarter back. You never know what you would do until your put in that situation. I do still highly doubt that it was just one 15 year old throwing rocks as if that were the case I am sure the officer would not of went for the kill and by watching some of the documentaries on the Border Patrol it is usually a group not just a lone wolf. They're not stupid.

 

There's no reason for this thread to be locked. It's people giving their opinion. Every time there's a controversial subject someone immediately wants it locked. We're all adults here, even schiz94, who is 16, has intelligible, logical, not degrading things to say...it's ok...let the thread live on!

 

I hear ya, but it is just like you said. When your life is endangered, it usually goes one of two ways. You life, or theirs. Without knowing the exact set of circumstances, it is easy to sit here and make calls on what should or shouldn't have been done.

With that said, there have been documented instances of illegal immigrants incapacitating US Boarder Patrol Agents in the past, taking there own service pistol, and executing them. Some serious food for thought right there..

 

Totally justified. Because malnurished Mexican 15 year olds can really throw rocks hard enough to kill somone from a distance.

Fuck man. people get hit with baseballs going 70MPH and theyre fine, a 15 yr throws a rock and it turns into an RPG midair warranting the need for headshots.
