When your under the heat of the moment you are going to go back to your training. Border Patrol doesn't practice leg shots. Also for all we know it could have been a lucky or unlucky shot and the gun just got pointed at his head.

The way that I see it, the officers rock just flew a little faster than the kids. Have you ever been hit with a rock? I have. That shit hurts. You can easily kill some one with a rock. The officer did what he had to to protect him self.

im on the fence on this one.
a law is a law you break it, your starting to piss away your rights. by throwing rocks he pissed them away alot faster. there are people i would never mess with. cops are one they are to trigger happy and jump at the chance to be a hero,
should not have shot him i dont think. but he messed with the wrong cop.

this is why people dont respect police or authority. sorry for all those who happen to be good at law enforcement but i pray to god i dont have to have a cop point a gun in my face i trust them just as much as a gang banger!

Its funny how most people go through life without ever having any problems with the police. And then there are a few that have alot of problems with the police. Guess they are just in the wrong place at the wrong time or just unlucky.

 

Or just can't follow the rules...

lets just end it right here. everyone law enforcement wants to go home at the end of the day to their kids. if rocks r capable of hitting them and killing them, then they gotta use deadly force. sure! u can dodge rocks and fast balls but lets me honest, noone has eyes behind their heads. i got a AA in criminal justice, im no expert but i remember them asking me "u got a 8 yr old with a gun pointed at u, do u kill em?" i said "yes, bc i want to go home at theend of the day"

Has nothing to do with luck and more often than not it's not being in the wrong place at the wrong time. It's just people breaking the law and when they get caught it's always someone elses fault. We are in the day and age where people don't like to take responsibility for their actions. Always need someone to blame. I swear I was born about 60 years too late.
I should have been in bed almost two hours ago but I came across this damn thread. Must go to bed now but look forward to see where this goes in the morning. I forsee a very unproductive morning.
