Steering rack bellows, it's the boots on the tie rods. Sway bar end links and bushings if you're retaining your sway bar. CV axles. Brakes and brake lines. Upper control arms, bushings, ball joints. New LCA's should come with new LBJ's. Have you checked that none of the LCA hardware is seized? Instead of Energy suspension LCA bushings, check out whiteline. How bout ES steering rack bushings too. And yeah, might as well do new wheel bearings while you're at it.
