as a side note, BAMF makes plates to fill these in that are a bit thicker. 1/8" steel i believe. pretty nice to work with

    Hey Corey

Did you end up having your reroute done? Is so, would you mind sharing where and how $$?

    Thanks

I had mine done about a month ago but they did mine differently than most and it cost me $220. @wilson704 had one done a while ago in the charlotte area. Most prices I see are from $150-300 depending on what they do and how they do it.

Hey Chris, I got mine done at A-1 muffler shop in Belmont. I believe several others have had theirs done there as well. Mostly good results, one member was not happy with their work, and went to another place to have it re-done. I think I paid 100-150 IIRC

It be worth stopping by to have them quote in person, small shop

I'd be interested to hear how it goes.

I've been thinking if spending >$100 is worth gaining that 1" of clearance for just that one small area.

For those who have done the reroute did it really improve the functionality of the truck (noticeable improved clearance)? Thanks

I liked it, but I was bouncing off my skids a lot before I did it, so it helped for me. If you never hit your belly, likely not needed.

Look at the way the guys did my reroute I originally wanted it connected back to the stock y pipe but what they suggested turned out better and got rid of a lot of sharp bends so it's smooter transitions. It was more expensive than most pay but they custom made everything. Only downside is it's all one piece now.

haven't been on here in a while! just got back from my westbound trip with @rodneyrdm. we went to Colorado and hit up Black bear pass, which i highly recommend all of you to go and a bunch of other trails. views were breathtaking in CO & UT. went to Utah the next day and road around Moab and Canyonlands. my time was tight due to PTO limits at work but @rodneyrdm and his wife went further out northwest. thanks Brad for the SOS full skids they came in clutch for some spots. sorry for the photo dump.
