Idk I wiped it down with armor all cleaning wipes before applying them. dust collects now and then. I offroad, but I don't sink it in mud.

It's just weird because as far as any of us knew, every single 12+ V6 has that secondary air pump shit.

The coils gave me 2" so i put them on the second clip. Gave me roughly another inch. The other stuff is a differential drop kit, drive shaft shims and i put 1.5" blocks in the rear

Here you go. I followed his steps and torqued the plugs to 15 ft/lbs and despite never having done it before, it only took a half hour.

Ive got a new rattle that crept up recently that sounds just like that looks. I need to get under Betty this weekend and find the source. It didn't really start to bother me until I was leaving my dads and he yelled "whats that sound"

Same here. And when I read @Larzzzz 's post last night I thought the same exact thing. Gotta get under and see if this is the same problem I'm having.

My take is you're the lucky one! Its just an emissions pump, and yes i am all about the environment; but now you've got one less thing that could go wrong with your Taco.

Did you have to use spacers to get the bike mount far enough out from under the rolled up tonneau? I am going to be installing some of mine this weekend and I am thinking I will have to push them out from the bed rails by a little bit...

I love that look! I have started to notice that the white plastic insert in my hoodscoop is slightly different white from the hood of my truck. A black cover would totally fool the eyes about this.

Where did you have it done? Any particular brand you'd recommend?

My comment got lost in the quote above.
What I said was I like the matte black hood. Wonder what it would look like with a matte black grille surround?

My buddy knocked it out for me. He owns Tailored Auto Styling in Portland Oregon. It's a very nice wrap that he installed.

I am not sure I like the break of the scoop not wrapped and the grille not wrapped at least at this time. The pictures are not that clear, but it is satin black the Matte looked more grey and didn't go with the bumper and sliders. We thru them both up there and the satin was a closer match.

    Be Safe...

The lights come prewired with connectors, all that you need to do is splice into both power and ground (switched power, like your headlights). Fairly easy wiring once you decide what power source you want them to run with.
