The problem I have is that I am admittedly too uptight about my truck lol. Its the first brand new vehicle I ever bought, and I got the fully loaded option so it wasn't cheap and I went into the whole buying process with the mindset that I was gonna try to keep this thing as nice as I can for as long as I can. I guess maybe it's unrealistic to think that way, but I just cant give in and let my dog inside my Inferno. Even with the seat hammock thing (I've seen some in person), my dog would still trash my rear door panels because she doesn't just lay there, she is constantly moving all over since she is only 1 year old. I know she would scratch my door panels by trying to put her feet up on the arm rest areas near the window controls and stuff. And I am almost positive she would attempt to climb over the thing to get into the front seat. I don't know, maybe when she is older and more calm I will try it. For now, I guess my '99 single cab is the designated dog hauler.

Nice looking dog you have there. Always sad when a dog starts to near the end :( All you can do is take lots of pics of her, and give her the best life you can which it looks and sounds like you are doing

Is your truck stock suspension or lifted? If so what size? Truck looks great.

Also have 1.25 wheel spacers. Rides a little stiffer up on a rough road but smoother on the highway. Less body roll.

I like the stance with the wheel spacers and stock wheels, but still undecided if I want to go that route. I'd like to go with after market wheels with an offset with a 2" leveling kit.

What brand side steps do you have? Do you have a closer picture you can share of them? They look good. Do you like them?

I hear ya. I would like to see the stock rims in with an offset deep dish look.

Looks good. Thanks for posting. Do you feel they interfere with ground clearance off roading? That is my only concern.

Don’t worry, if they find the ground they will bend out of the way! LOL

They definitely will effect clearance but I don't offroad with mine. I have 4 wheelers for that. Don't get me wrong there's places I may go in a lot of situations where I need my truck, 4x4 and all but I don't go outta my way to take it offroad for pleasure. To risky. But yeah these side steps do hang down past the frame by atleast 2 inches. On the other hand they are very easy to install and remove if planning an offloading trip.
