It’s a spec that fell through and I snapped it up. It’s mostly ready at this point, they are going to install fans in every room as part of the deal, and then it just looks like little stuff like paint, hose bibbs, etc.

I’m still gonna look for some handyman help for some personal tweaks like more light fixtures in the garage and stuff like that.

This was done in 2003. I could do a new trial now I suppose... I actually just might. I actually believe the results would be different if I were to try to do this same experiment now. I will start it now and see how it goes. My prediction is Chevy will win this time.

a couple of weeks ago I mentioned something about looking for a prn job working in the mental health/ behavioral health field. A few days later I ran into a former clinical instructor who works at a behavioral health hospital and she gave me her boss's contact info. A few emails back and forth, interview, and offered the position.

True, but most of the time people will walk away with minor injuries. Especially with all the new tech they have in those cars.
