Further past that trail was this mud hole. We circled around after lunch to hit some mud, and Andrew suggested this one. My wife was driving at this time and said I'll do it! I had to talk her out of it. Andrew started to attempt, and as you can see, he made the executive decision to get winched out before going deeper.

 

That was me in the silver truck. Felt bad for the guy and gal in the tundra.

 

Wonder if your brakes might be sticking. Could also be a ball joint that is bad. Can't imagine your truck would already have one go but you never know.

 

They were able to push the large dent out. The dent on the handle they'll have to have done.

You ain't kidding Jeff......Tundra would be a monster unless it was a 1st gen....but even then...

 

The rocks bounce you that way, and since his is so much heavier he had to really get on the skinny pedal to get up those slick rocks. It's an 06 so it's not much wider than a 2nd gen tacoma.

Both Katie and I took some scrapes to the leg from trees that day. I took mine from moving a downed tree and I lost my footing. She got hers chopping a branch for the fire and it sprung back at her.

 

I wanted to go but wasn't gonna push flexing the rack within 24 hours of being done.....

No worries. You better be in next time though! I brought Cigars and a little crown, but next time I may bring the Suntori Hibiki. Also there was so much more food than we could've ate.

 

Regear is the only big thing left I wanna do......and that's gonna be next year at the earliest...

I got some video, not as much as I would've liked, but I'll have to throw that together at some point. I may have a free day or two coming up next month that I can work on it. I need to do some work to the truck too. New addition to the bed.
