Nah no real need for it.

 

Can give you a lot of suggestions and/or help on that one. Labor day weekend pulling all my wiring to redo things and install new speakers and amps. Dual battery system here. Also have quite a bit of left-over wiring to include 1/0 cable and fittings.

this one to replace an existing one. No Blue Seas cost (already learned). Also a lot more compact than most Blue Seas with grounds.

 

@stronghammer when you had issues with your gallbladder, did it hurt just under your right side of the lowest rib?

 

Good deal. What type of mounting plate did you use?

 

It was my appendix. Initially it felt like my whole stomach until the doctor poked directly in it and then it was like all of the pain transferred to one little spot that hurt like hell.

 

Yup. It also at times felt like I had a softball right above my belly button that hurt. Woke up a few times in the middle of the night in tears feeling like a knife was going in my right side.

 

Blue Sea was bought as a set for $70 shipped. I’m also familiar with the type wiring for it. Never messed with a bussman sonwent the route I knew. After I get some time to really look into bussman I might find it’s a better option.

So TL;DR went with what I knew how to wire and was a decent deal. Not a good time for me right not to sit down and learn something new. Busy with mine and others patches, studying for Ham test and working.

 

Also interested in this. I’d kinda like one I can use grommets in vs rectangular holes that can possibly rub wires.

Hmmm. Last few days right at the bottom of my lowest right rib has been sore. Before that the pain would come and go. Sometimes I can feel it when I eat or drink. Time to call the Doc I suppose. It doesn't really hurt. Just an aggravation if that makes sense. Like a sore muscle when I twist all the way to my right. Thanks!!

 

I had some of that too at the beginning.

 

Did you have yours removed or what is the treatment for this thing?

 

Yeah had it removed. I ended up switching surgeons to get in quicker. New one asked when I wanted to have it removed. I said tomorrow morning would be great. He said I’m going out of town tomorrow for a week fly fishing. We can do it when I get back.

 

I've had a couple of sharp pains but nothing seriously painful. They last like a split second. It's really annoying

 

Yeah mine got gradually worse. Would kill me when I ate something. Finally figured out rice wouldn’t bother me. I ate the shit out of some rice. Took about a month or so to get in to see a surgeon for me.
