5 hours later the dealer still hasn't called back. All they're supposed to be doing is a diagnostic test.

Isn't 5 the latest you can pick up your vehicle?

    Workin' on it....
Wife took her Dodge in for an oil change and to check out a problem with the tach for an estimate of repair. She dropped it off at 7AM and dealer didn’t call back to tell her that the truck was ready for pickup until 4:45PM.

They just get busy and don’t bother calling.

The best place to meet women of age and wealth is the high end Sporting Goods store on or around Valentine's Day.

Trust me on this, I can explain this if necessary.

Some, Suspension and stuff, tires, maybeh some armor.
If it is something relatively simple, I generally call and harass after about 90min.

Too often I have noticed an "easy" job get pushed back because:
    - Tech doesnt want to waste time on something that only pays him 30min or less
    - Manager doesnt see that someone is waiting in the lobby for it
    - Manager forgets that they have such a simple job on the list
    - some other fuckwad forgets that they took on the job but moved on to something else
    - Tech reported back to manager what the problem is, but manager is too busy to call you

EDIT: there are any number of ways to build a good relationship with a service manager.

there are also any number of ways a dealership can be shitty, regardless of your relationship with said service manager.

They just called, there was 2 grounds that weren't secured and that's why the CEL was on.

He said it was 4+ hours of work trying to find the problem and is only charging me for 2 hrs of work. Plus the cruiser club discount. Total came out to $180

    I recommend 10/10

    Oh your going to know.
Not 100% sure what was said, but pretty much someone posted something, jason the creator of the page commented something that I guess offended people for having an opinion, people snowflaked out and raged, jason decided to own his actions and step down as the admin and from what I can tell left the group. So all and all bunch of bitches that can’t deal with words on the internet and move on.
