    Never done it myself but when I was thinking about replacing my broken rear window with plexi, I found some youtube videos where you can use a heat gun to shape the plexi to the contour you need. Worth a try on a small scrap piece of plexi and see if it works.

    ask how long the extra coverage last. Geico only covers aftermarket parts for one yr from purchase date and you have to show receipts. I added 5k in extra coverage but only got about an extra 1k when it came down to it as everything was older then a yr for the most part. I paid for the extra cover for serial yrs and didn't know I was paying for nothing.

    It wasn't on my policy, so they are only giving me up to $1000. With my $500 deductible, they are contributing $500 at most. So, best case scenario is I get a $1000 cap for $500.

    I contacted Campways. The guy I talked to called his contact at Truck Accessories Group (parent company of Leer, SnugTop, et al.) and he was told they (TAG) make a door in house that should fit; $331.50 and no restocking fee if it doesn't fit.
