Well, we have an early retirement here in public safety. I plan on getting another job for a while, getting too old to be up on roofs and jumping up and down all nite.

I would not buy a 3rd gen on a bet just saying.

Something along these lines will be my next vehicle purchase most likely:

Yep but tell her to pick the right location and go to work for the VA then retire at 30 yrs . The VA can always use a good nurse to protect the vets from the ahem Dr's lol

she's following in my wife's shoes becoming a nurse. I think she's going near atlanta to piedmont. We are all trying to go north from here, been in Ga all my life. Sick and tired of this humidity down here .

Having lived in Central TX for 7 years and the far north east for many more years give me the far north any day . You can always put more clothes on or a log on the fire you can't take enough off with out getting arrested most places lol

The heat down here is one thing but when you add the humidity it's stifling. It never bothered me until recently when i hit my mid 50's. Having issues with the heat was a major factor of me retiring.

    Morning all
Slow to get up thus morning, still not 100%.
Don't forget your Members only jacket
It just drives and handles better with the right stuff. Leveling kits are cheating. If you are taking apart the front and back suspension you might as well put in correct gear.
The low end adjustable shocks and bigger spring won't set you back too much and add a leaf in the back is low cost as well. You will have a better ride.

I am at mid travel, gained 3 inches of lift and the ride is great. But I had to sell one of my kids to afford it.

I hope he is happy, I am

I believe what you are saying...100 %. But as you said, affording all of that adds up...quick ! Right now, the only mod I can do is floor mats ! Does that count as a mod ??
