Probably not. My favorite quote of my experience was the service manager telling me "What do you want me to do about it" and telling me "It's not really my problem they didn't fix it."

They said they'd call in an external service next.

That is exactly what you need. They have services that specialize in water leaks. I would push for that.

it really is simple, take apart the interior in that section and lock yourself in the car

have a buddy stand outside with a hose pouring water over the entire area, have this friend stay there for an extended period of time

do not stop this process until the leak is found....

Yup, I just need it done promptly and I'm not paying them for shit. When I bring it in I'll lobby for that and for them to replace my carpet.

this is what the dealership techs should have done if they really wanted to try and duplicate a customers water leak complaint

the cabs on these trucks or any truck really simply are not sealed water tight and there are many ways water can find its way in, especially if the car sits outside during torrential down pours.

Honestly, why havent you done this yet, I recommended it days ago? How do you expect to find a leak other wise? Instead of being on this chat get it together and do the hose test.

Also, I've done that to a lesser extent once. I was convinced it was AC related though.

Doesn't count. Have you tried hotboxing and looking for smoke?

I eat crystal meth, instead of smoking it.

Just kidding, drugs are bad. I can track down a fog machine though.

Have you checked the rubber seal where the wiper cowl meets the windshield ? Dealer removed mine to clean A/C drain. When they reinstalled it, they pinched the seal which created a big leak on the floor. Hope you find the problem.

I have posted my fix a couple times on this forum, I had the grommet come loose from antenna in through firewall. Had to remove fender to fix. Found the leak using water hose test, took about 30 minutes of spraying water out everywhere and watching with carpet ripped up.

I finally found the damn thing. After a week in the dealer earlier this summer, I found it in five minutes. Wow do I feel like an idiot for not testing myself (properly) sooner. I also spent $800 on this with them, I kinda want my money back or something.

This hole right here, water came pouring in through it after five minutes with a hose. What is supposed to be here? This issue only started about four months ago, before then I never had any issues with water leaking into the cab. Which is awfully suspect.

This picture is sideways for whatever reason, but you can literally see the water buildup from the hose. Also, if you guys had smellevision right now you would hate life. It smells like wet dog, mildew and river water.
