Haha, I only saw pics of one tan on white and it was enough to sell me. Plus less cleanup when it gets dirty.

Did you put any thin foam or felt between where the skin and tailgate touch? Wasn’t sure if it is needed since it’s metal on metal.

Thanks! Yeah super happy with the Icons. Nothing fancy with the lift yet, just a 3" rough country for now. Tires are 285/70r17 Nitto Trail Grappler. NO RUBBING. Super stoked about that.

I just did metal on metal which would probably be the strongest

May be a silly question to some, but I was wondering which brand carries good quality tailgate letter inserts? I've seen some lasting a week some a month and some with the colors comming off when sticking them on.
    Thanks

I bought chrome inserts 18 months ago from this seller and they have been excellent. I actually bought a second set in case I ever need them. So far the originals have held up fine.

I know just about everyone has these but I got them for almost a steal, and I couldn't find anything I liked better than them. Still waiting on tires, cant decided between 265 and 285

Aren't those mid and transfer skids supposed to be flush with each other? That hang up point point doesn't look right.

They are popular, but they're a damn good looking rim. Put em on the Wife's 4Runner.

I knew something was bothering me but I couldn't put my finger on it because it looked so clean. I think you probably want to drop the transmission skid down and bolt it through this hole instead:
