My wife is from Edmundston.NB. She became a citizen 25 years ago. Went thorough the whole process with her. Took some time, green card etc.
At first she was an alien that spoke english, now shes an American that speaks French.

well 3D scanner didn't work on my computer, doesn't support windows 7 for whatever damn reason lol, so looks like I'll be doing this by hand measurements and seeing where it goes lol.

Don't go too much into it Jason, if it's going to give you all sorts of work. Not worth it.

 

ehh it won't be too bad, create a surface with rough estimation on dims, print a drawing of it to see how it lines up, add a lip to help it be grapped, print a sample, make any needed changes along the way then ship some to you.

 

Your call man. I don't want you to waste your time on something that as irrelevant as this.

 

What would you guys use it for?

They are on hold because painting the emblems ended up taking a lot longer than I thought it would. So the backlog grew too large for it's own good; I've been playing catch-up on orders since April I was trying to price the painting as the unlikely option for people so I wouldn't get overloaded but, I failed with that. I've got 28 more orders (~60 emblems) to get painted and finally be caught up. I'll open orders back up after I get caught up and get a business started; going to try and clean up the ordering process but going legit will make that a lot easier. If any of the NE guys were interested I could probably do some in the interim of getting back up and running.

 

i left in 2000, i met all sorts of people who were mostly nice. i lost it once.
unfortunately a lot of pilots think there going to land at a little airport in quaint nantucket and are poorly prepared when they arrive at the busiest airport in the state, (yes, including logan) weekends in summer. this goes for the pros too!

 

Small productions of parts that could handle being printed vs injection molded. Therefore saving on tooling costs. Possibly one off parts as well on an as needed bases.
