wrecked my truck

    bout 10:00 last night i was in a left hand turn lane that is green arrow only. i was in the very front of the line and not paying fully attention. the 2 lights to go straight turned green and i just went w/o thinkin about it. there was no one coming that i could see (hill b4 the light) and about halway through the interection car came through and nailed my passenger side rear rim and the end of the bed. brand new tire popped, enkei rim destryoed, rear quarter panel needs to be replaced, and the bumper is gone. there goes all my summer money. Pics to come later

    Glad you're alright... Regardless of how much you spend, it's a cheap lesson to learn when you consider the alternatives. Better to have to pay for damages than to walk with a limp forever or something. Gotta pay attention.

    sorry to hear about it...I'm glad you aren't injured...the truck can always be replaced...

    so if you had the green arrow you were at the right of way...that would mean the car that nailed you has to pay for your repairs under their insurance...

    you should still have some summer funds available...

    just got an estimate from the shop...the total bill is at $5600 right now, needs a new axle, new rough country shock, new enkei rim, new tire, new rear quaterpanel, new exhaust, and im putting on the all pro steel bumper instead of the OEM, cant believe that little wreck cost so much...
