I wish, gonna paint my ATH reinforcements and install, then Sunday is our monthly Toyota Club meet! I slept far too long for getting off at 1130. Didn't wake up till an hour before work :/

 

The spot to the right of the auto shifter with the black rubber piece lining the bottom of it.

 

Till the head falls apart. Mine self-destructed after two projects. Tried to get a replacement, but ended up playing the holding game on the phone for hours and just gave up. Collects dust in my dads shop back home.
I want a miller. That's what I was trained on.

Another 12 tonight.. Didn't get much sleep due to the whole adopting a dog thing... Totally worth it though.

Not to derail, but I was coming to the thread anyways to ask about bed racks for hauling kayaks. A local member has asked me about fabbing up a simple bed rack.

I wanted to know what are must haves for bed racks or what style is most useful and economical to build.

I didn't want to ask in some of the busier threads. Questions like the above lead to way too many people asking questions that I don't have time to fully deal with.

 

Edit above: I didn't see that these were going on a trailer. I like the idea then.

Grabbed the 1st pic I could find. I needed anything to remove Lt Dangle from the thumbnails on the home page!

I'm 6'5". They were a bit short to begin with. Haha

Here's how I mounted my stuff, maybe you'll get some ideas..
I spent way to much time in deciding where to locate and mount the D710's head. I ended up making a mount out of 18gage or whatever it was. It's a good spot for me..


Version 2.0 will be even better



An HD Mob Armor mount is more than adequate for the job..




I also made use of the dead space that's at the very end of the center console to mount the controller..

9 scheduled tonight and i forgot to download anything to watch...maybe it’s time to switch back to unlimited. Had it free for a year from a sprint promotion then it ran out so we switched back to Verizon. Shits fn expensive; especially when they don’t do the work discount on the unltd plans.
