Those are garbage. You really get what you pay for with those. Look at Yakima hold ups. Only thing I trust my bikes on. Although they are all 2k plus

Well, I cut the hell out of my hand trying to fish wires under the dash.....

 

You don't want to see them. They were pretty bloody.

 

All in a days work! I’ve seen some preeeeeetty nasty stuff. Saw an arm caught in a lathe! Now THAT was bad. Radius and ulna bones were in many small pieces laying on the ground. Arm was stretched and looked like a slinky.

 

I did the same thing. Thought I’d hate the 2nd gen compared to my 1st gens. I was wrong. 2nd gen has definitely grown on me. Will always miss my 1st gens though.

 

Made a trip to HF and picked up some bed lights for $8! Had some pizza afterwards and picked up some cup holder coasters at a local beer place!

Installed the EAG grill. Thought it first looked a little cheap as it felt flimsy out of the box. But after it got installed, it is pretty ridged and I’ve really grown to like it. Have gotten a few compliments to. Ran the lights to DRL and ordered and installed a custom switch from CH4x4 to read DRL Grill Lights. Also installed a 6-3/4” stubby antenna cause I started parking in the garage and couldn’t stand the stock antenna hitting the door.

 

Put on my Relentless Fab powder coated bed bars in preparation for my RTT coming within the next few days

 

My son has that style, don't remember the brand name but it was no where near that cheap and he is looking to replace it with a rail(?) carrier.

 

New fab fours bumper just installed. Finally got it replaced, cuz my OEM bumper got messed up due to a rear sliding black ice incident. How's it look fellas? Note, I'm not offroading anytime soon, so I'm mostly just either camping of pulling a trailer or hauling cargo.

3 Mods done to the Taco. All items will be listed in links except for the seat spacers which a link will be provided.

1. I have had numerous cell phone holders of which some were ok others not. I think I found the answer to all my cell device problems. It's the https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00PC29ETE. This holder hasn't budged and fits perfectly in the cd drive. I don't really use my CD drive all that much so it was a perfect fit. You do need to be careful of the install as to not over tighten the knob, but it's a great fit.

2. I have an S6 Active Samsung and it can sometimes hog a lot of battery power even being charged on the standard charge port in the truck. I needed a charger that provided proper and full charge and was small. This is what I found and purchased.

My commute to work is an hr and if the battery was let's say 50% at the beginning of the drive I would only see about 65% when arriving. This charger was able to charge my phone at 3% up to 45% by the end of the drive. It has 2 ports and I only used one so far.

I installed the driver only and took it for a spin. I found that it did raise the seat and made the drive a bit more comfortable. After about the 20 mins I forgot it was even there and became comfortable with the hight. The shipment came fast and packaged well. The bolts had plastic protectors on the threads and were good, not cheapo bolts. Took about 10 mins to install super fast and great cheap upgrade.
