How do you like it? I’m considering 888/5100/Dakar setup.

You get rubbing? I have same size tires in the KO2's with the 4runner trd pro wheels and I get some rubbing, nothing to bad though.

What lift you thinking of, so many choices!! I want 2" max.

No rubbing at all. I'll upgrade to 285s once I lift, so I'm sure I'll have some rubbing then. I plan to do a CMC and some inner fender modifications to limit the rubbing to as little as possible though.

I haven't really researched lifts yet. I went with a Toytec setup on my FJ and it has worked out pretty well, but I think I'm going to go with a nicer setup for the Taco.

Thank you!! I would have been happy with a TRD sport too!! Would have loved to have premium trd with the long bed.. just couldn’t find one local. I guess no one likes leather.

Cool!! I dont think I'll go that big, I just started looking at lifts but I'm going to wait until next summer to choose so I can get the right lift for my setup, after all the bumpers, roof rack, tonneau cover, etc are on so it gets dialed in for the weight.

    Look Great.

I've been debating this mod, going from either painting bezel (Color Match), or Wrapping it (Color Match) and or this option.

How hard was it to do, Dealers want an Hour labor to swap the bezels? Rip Off. Where as a body shop or wrapper are well below dealers labor cost.

Taking the bezel off is easy. I would highly recommend anyone who knows how to use a ratchet to do it. If you plan to be plastidipping it, just be careful with the plastic clips when you take out the bezel. If you break a couple not a big deal. Just be patient like the article says. If you buy the Toyota part you don't have to worry about this which is nice.

I used this thread to do it. It took me 1.5 hr's. But if i did it again it would take 20 minutes. 3 minutes to put back together.:
