Congrats! Glad you finally got to pick it up. I’ve been beyond impressed with mine so far. Granted it’s been a bit of a pavement princess. Taking it on its first camping trip in a few weeks, and cannot wait to unplug for a few days. Hoping to find some trails while we’re out in the woods that weekend.

Funny enough. He does stop by the dealership now and then. I got a chance to meet him waiting during service. Nice guy.

They were fair (what a surprise), and Scott Subczak (sp) was very knowledgeable and helpful and gave me some free accessories. I'd buy another truck from them.

Idaho must have some great trails. Were going up to Yellowstone touristing for a week, almost up in your territory.

Unlike the Larry Miller guys, he seems pretty "regular" despite his money and business. That's seems to be a rarity these days.

Definitely down to earth type of guy. Glad you were able to find your Pro there and were able to break her in nicely.

Nice. I almost bought a Super White SR5. In case anyone is interested there is a Super White Pro in Redding at Lithia Toyota. Has 1700 miles. Saw it yesterday. Guy bought it but didn't fit inside it.

I don't miss the Bay Area much, but there are some great rides in east county. Hard to beat the 75 miles of single track in the Sandia Mtn foothills here though.

Damn, didn’t you know you could’ve saved 10k by buying a TRDOR and modding it yourself?! There’s a sucker born every day!

Just kidding, welcome to the Pro family!

    Congrats on that pro!

Im going to go ahead and say you made the superior choice of transmission. If you have not heard of that new ECU update for the manuals, go check that thread out. I used to think the truck drove "okay for a modern manual" after the update, I absolutely love the truck and have no issues driving it for the next 15-20 years.

Again congrats and drive the wheels off that, its a toyota!:mudding:

Thanks for that. I've had 6 Toyota trucks in the last 35 years, and only one was an automatic, the one I traded in. I'll never go back unless my left leg can't do it anymore. I saw the update, but my local dealer won't do it, but there is a local guy here in Albuquerque that can do it.

    Adios from chile land
