Northern Virginia Roll Call

I was clocked going 12 over and got a $40 ticket. Also Ive ran so many red lights in DC cause I am not used to their traffic lights.....

 

Weird, maybe it’s the area. All ones I’ve gotten are anything greater than 12 gets you a ticket.

And yeah fuck DCs lights. They’re so damn confusing.

Oh shit, worst one I’ve gotten was on the freeway in a fucking construction zone. You know how it’ll say “55mph enforced by camera”? Well I always thought those were bullshit because I saw them everywhere but no cameras. Well, one got me one time. The camera was strapped to the front of a car parked on the shoulder.

 

NO SHIT I saw those on 270 towards 70W in the rear view when I was going 10 over and I almost shit myself.

 

What is that?

 

A gps app like google or apple maps. It shows locations of police and cameras and stuff

Apparently really well. I don’t use it but everything I have heard is good.

 

Waze is a social media app. The locations of police and such are from others that drive and report. You can set it up to display your speed as well. Connect it via bluetooth and you'll get the notifications over your speakers.
