Last wine tour I did was in Ohio near Lake Erie. The wine was actually fairly decent and the tour itself was interesting. They answered all my ignorant and half drunken questions without any pretentiousness at all.

I'm on my 27th day working straight an 5/7 are 16+ hr days an everyday in the heat. Itll probably continue till Sept 9th for my birthday but I'll probably still be working someway. I need a damn break. Mentally, physically, financially

Any tips for replacing battery terminals?

The negative terminal looks like its been submerged in salt water since WWII. I had an extra one sitting in my garage's junk box, so I figure I'd replace it at the same time that I replace my battery*.

*I do not suggest anyone lug around a 27F automotive battery in a backpack while riding a motorcycle.

 

Hunting season is getting close. All work ceases immediately.

Go get some battery terminal cleaner. Also grab a terminal pad and grease pack which will keep that corrosion from happening again. Oh and a brush to brush the corrosion... I think mine is brass

Have the brass brush, felt pads, and the dielectric grease. Used them to clean up the positive terminal connector, but the negative looked like crap. Just replacing it with what I have on hand, but will order a set of one of the two options below:

Couple of guys at my old job would save their vacation all year long so they could take off the entirety of deer season.

Deer hunting is a lot more serious than I thought.

Thanks for the recommendation. CRC makes great stuff. Have a whole litany of CRC products: brake cleaner, carb cleaner, dry moly, etc. I'll buy that terminal cleaner next time I'm at the industrial supply store.
