Yeah if my family just decided to sell both homes and move we have like 2million
And neither of the homes are even large just in a good area

 

Let's not talk about cleaning the garage...lol. mine looks like a bomb went off..ive got a ton of crap I need to fix around here..but between work and helping my dad. I've got no free time.

 

Good luck to you sir - at least it will mean being out of this traffic, overcrowded, entitled attitude (worst part IMO) nightmare. As much as I love it here, not sure if I want to spend the rest of my years watching this place circling the bowl edging closer and closer to the drain.

 

Hell you could move to my area, buy a nice small house and live for a decade on that. LOL. The cost of living is crazy is some areas.

It's just gotten too crazy here. We pay so much for nothing. And our freedoms are constantly being suppressed .We're taxed on everything..but the actual land and weather is perfect.

 

Need some 6 lug stock steel wheels? No tires but rims?

22yrs as a tow truck operator. Now I work at port of Oakland as a chassis tech. I work on intermodal trailers . I went from towing them to fixing them..lol.

Seriously, I don't mind paying taxes, someone has to do it.

You and I both watched the dot-com boom then the bubble burst and now we have this new generation driving out everyone because they are fine with paying 6500+ a month for a 300sqft cardboard box. Housing is absolutely beyond reach for 90% and the attitude of people in general is just crap. You see the end result of people who drive and think they own the road. This entitlement attitude shit just doesn't fly with me. Too many people today thinking the world owes them everything just because they draw breath. No, you are not getting an award for just showing up to work, no you are not going to get a free ride because you are you. Work your ass off, do your fair share and then come talk to me.
