Has anyone had to replace the 140AMP fuse on their truck. Had issues with my truck today and found the 140 is blown. Appears I may have to remove the whole panel to change it out. Does that sound right???

Did you try jumping the truck and have cables or jump box hooked up backwards? That’s a common way people blow the fuse

Someone either hooked one of the cables backwards or touched them together and it blew the fuse. Usually the dealers don’t stock those and it’s a dealer only item

^^^ Exactly it. Had to replace one in a Tundra recently. Kind of a pain the ass.

Make sure the new fuse is bolted TIGHT. Otherwise, you will have overheating and melting.
