    No, I'm recommending the whole enchilada. In jail immediately, car impounded, loss of license for a year, classes and riding public transit to work for a year. Fuck them, they're killing people over a new vaping flavor or a lunch date. Fuck them. In the ass. No lube. Federal style.

    But the biggest issue is lack of enforcement of existing laws. If you double the CHP, they could triple revenue.

    I should have been born is Switzerland or Singapore.
