The table was given to me about 15 years ago. My best friend helped me move it. We both ended up at the doctor with back problems.

 

Gave away a Whack of cut & split Ash fire wood last fall. Guy asked why I was givin’ it away. Told him I removed the old POS fireplace & replaced it with sliding patio doors. Two weeks later he calls & says keeping Ash firewood is now illegal. The City changed the rules. Told him he better get rid of it.

 

Suppose that’s why nobody steals them.

 

Kids keep knocking it over as they wander through our back yard.

What’s the deal with ash firewood? I don’t have a fireplace something I’m not familiar with.

 

You could legally have Ash up until last year. The emerald ash borer is making its way West. Soon this breathtaking canopy of trees will sadly be gone in a few years. There is no defence.

 

First it was Elm. Dutch Elm disease carried again by a beatle. Now this.

 

A beatle is what carries the fungus that is taking our live oaks. No wonder John Lennon was shot. /s

 

Bait ‘em with dead oaks & dead Beatles then.

 

If we brought back the wolves, they’d keep the deer etc. in check, allowing a broader variety of trees to grow, making us us less susceptible to loosing all our trees. Somehow it’s our own fault, anywho, I have no shade and lots of fire wood, I need to build a bigger fire pit.

 

Got a blight hitting several species of pines in upper midwest too.

Why we take turns, otherwise I’m just there to push the cart. :-/

 

Apparently I can't even do that right.

I just sat in the Jeff Gordon race car cart and made engine sounds.

Did sneak 2 kinds of cheese in the cart.
