    IMHO...having done the double cardan one piece and being a big proponent of them...if you’re not currently experiencing major vibes, I would just retube and replace your u-joints and carrier bearing. I would go with thicker tube tough. Just my 2 cents.

    I do have a takeoff vibe. It isn’t terrible, but it would be nice to get rid of. I’m just wondering if once you add in the costs of a retube, new u-joints, and new carrier bearing whether it will be basically the same as a new one piece shaft? What the name of the place you got yours again?
