Awesome! This is why TW is so great! Very helpful and confirms my thoughts that the guy in the video has the front ones back too far. Thanks again to you and @mrproduxn!

Excuse my ignorance but is the pinch weld something to do with the inner fender? I’m about to do the CMC already got these from BAMF. 257DFE1A-C7FA-455C-B935-7FDBAE6E00CD.jpg

Last weekend I had my tint done 20% all around with 50% on the windshield.

Yesterday I installed a Rough Country 1” leveling kit (I know, I know.. it’s temporary, couldn’t deal with the stock stance), Spidertrax 1.25” wheel spacers, Hikari LED’s for low beam and a TRD Faux grill. Didn’t have enough time to install the Rough Country 30” Black series light bar, will get around to that one day this week hopefully.

I have diode dynamics LED switchbacks on order, so as soon as those come in I will be getting my headlights blacked out with those installed.

Yeah, the pinch weld is just that, the two sandwiched parts of the inner fender. Remove the tire and beat the hell out of it with a 4lb mini maul. Then coat the whole thing with bed liner to dress it up. Adds about an inch of clearance. Cutting it off opens up the possibility of rusting.

LED bar underneath grill and plates direct to frame brackets. Tuning chip, pedal commander.
I took off the skirt(airdam?), and plastidipped the faux chrome grill bezel.

A Jurassic World Taco scheme I'm working up. Truck image isn't a Tacoma because I can't find software with the Tacoma template but this is just a mockup. Gray portions are the Magnetic Gray base color. Light tan color will cross over the front of the truck like the original jeep. Not pictured is hood numbering design.

Classic Version - Doesn't exactly match up to the original jeep because of the base color, but I think I like this version better than JW.

No drilling, but you have to remove the plastic pop rivets in the bumper and on the side that holds the black radiator shroud piece. I'm not 100% sure if you need to remove the shroud or not because mine was already out from a previous grille light bar mount. This was definitely way easier than the bumper mount because you can see everything you are doing.
