    I'm in a similar boat. My Mom is in a nursing home and I never know whose phone she'll use to call so I have to take them all.

    I get a lot of robocalls so what I've started doing when I answer is to not say anything. Regardless of who it is, if it's not my Mom, I just hang up.

    I also have the Version answering service ($2.99 per month extra) and the built in features allow to classify all my calls. Even though it doesn't stop new ones, at least I can class them as bullshit and it does stop those.
